Launching the Journal
The Journal tells the story of the Kerrigan family as the events of the famine and Irish emigration to Liverpool enfolds. Each Section has a different journal. Simply click the book icon to launch it.
Using the Journal
The Journal pages are turned with your mouse. Click the bottom right of the page and hold the mouse button down.
Keep the button pressed as you move the mouse you will see the page move. Reading the Journal is just like reading a real paper based book.
What does the Journal tell me ?
The Journal uses the story of the Kerrigan's to make the events of the famine and life in Liverpool come alive.
Many of the answers to the questions being asked throughout the package can be discovered through reading the journals.
